Orders

Orders are submitted to our team via WhatsApp or email and become confirmed once we reply to acknowledge availability. We reserve the right to decline an order if stock is unavailable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and may change without notice. Payment is by MTN MoMo Pay (*182*8*1*3038308#) or cash on delivery within Kigali.

Delivery

Kigali delivery is charged at RWF 2,000 and typically arrives within one to two business days. Nationwide and international shipping is quoted per order.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@avocare.rw within seven days and we will replace it or refund you. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
